Gigi Hadid is one of the hottest supermodels in the world for a few reasons – that sassy attitude, those gorgeous eyes, and of course that killer body.

Genetics might have something to do with it, but you too can have a long legs and toned muscles like Gigi’s thanks to NYC trainer Rob Piela. Elite Daily spoke to the guy who has trained Gigi and got him to spill her secrets, and since he’s also worked with models like Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne, and Irina Shayk, we think we can trust him for some good tips.

The owner of Gotham gym says their boxing gym has a unique combination that delivers an intense workout, so don’t expect those wafer models that were popular in the ’90s to be walking out of their doors.

“We feel that our combination of strict boxing, strength and conditioning fundamentals mixed with a fun AND intense environment makes us unique,” he said.

Gigi specifically favors boxing to get her bod in runway ready shape – just call her Rocky.

Rob said, “It delivers a full body workout. The members’ cardiovascular and muscular systems get pushed to the limit.”

So Gigi loves boxing while Kendall prefers running. If I go for a jog then throw a few punches every day, Victoria’s Secret should be calling me up in no time. Right?
