Chipotle Has Made A Major Burger Annoucement

This is either the best news or the worst news of your life.

Last week, the casual restaurant chain, Chipotle, announced that it would be launching its first Tasty Made restaurant in Lancaster, Ohio, this coming fall.

At the new restaurant, you won’t have to worry about your vegan friends breathing down your neck for eating tortured meat or about whether or not the cheese you’re eating is made with poisonous chemicals. Chipotle’s new concept joins restaurant chains such as Shake Shack in raising the standards of a fast, affordable burger.

Don’t believe me? You can turn to the masterminds themselves. In a press release, Chipotle said:

“Tasty Made will use Responsibly Raised brand beef (from animals that are raised in more humane ways and without the use of antibiotics or added hormones), shakes made with real ingredients including milk, cream, sugar, eggs and other natural ingredients, and fresh-made buns that are free of preservatives, dough conditioners and other artificial ingredients.”

The Tasty Made menu will be smaller than other popular burger chains. On the menu, you’ll find burgers, fries and milkshakes – and nothing else. But realistically, you don’t really need anything more than that to have a great meal.

Critics, however, say that the new burger venture is trying to get people to forget about the E.coli and norovirus outbreaks that afflicted the chain last year. Regardless, it is pretty exciting to think about the potential deliciousness from a Tasty Made burger – especially if you’re a massive Chipotle fan.
