When Kim Kardashian not-so-subtly shaded Taylor Swift on Snapchat this summer, the world lost their sh*t. And we can’t deny it — so did we. I mean, Swift has had an unbreakable reputation as a good girl for years, and Kardashian shattered it in a matter of minutes. But now, after two months of talking about it, Kim Kardashian is SO over it.
In an interview with Billboard magazine, Kardashian was asked again about the Taylor Swift/Kanye West/phone call debacle, and she did not hide her annoyance well. “Ugh, do we really have to talk about Taylor Swift?” she asks the magazine, before adding “I’m so over it.”
She added that if it were up to her husband Kanye West, the phone call “probably” would have never been released.
“He can handle it, he has no hard feelings. He doesn’t even really care,” she says. “I just wanted to protect my husband. I saw him getting a lot of sh*t.” She continues, “It wasn’t even about a look or anything, or to have this feud — it was like, ‘OK, here’s the truth.’ Done. Let’s all move on. I feel like I don’t want to talk about her anymore.”
In case you missed the message there, KIM KARDASHIAN HAS HAD ENOUGH. Her most recent commentary on the incident comes just off the heels of her Wonderland interview, where she basically called herself a Swiftie.
“I never publicly talk bad about people. I still don’t feel like I have. I’m being honest. I’m a fan. I like her music. There was no shade,” Kim said.
Well, you could’ve fooled us. But whatever, it’s done and over with. Can we move onto the next feud please? Who’s next? Anyone?
