If there’s one thing we should all know by now, it’s that this is Kanye’s world and we’re just living in it.
In case that wasn’t already clear, though, Kanye and Jimmy Kimmel put together a hilarious parody of HBO’s new sci-fi series, Westworld. The video parody, aptly titled Kanye Westworld, premiered last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and features a mash-up of clips of Kanye’s rants on technology, society and of course, his own God-like status with scenes from the new series. In fact, Kimmel’s team spliced up clips of Kanye with snippets from the upcoming series so well that it actually makes us think that a series into the world of Kanye West would make for incredible television.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t seen one of the trailer’s for HBO’s new series or even know what the heck it is, the show is about a futuristic theme park (set in the wild west, hence the name) that is home to extremely human-like androids. For a price, wealthy humans can visit the theme park and live out their wildest fantasies with no real-life consequences, that is until the androids start developing consciousnesses of their own.
