It’s that time of month again…new binge-watching material on Netflix, that is. This month has a balance of original shows and oldies-but-goodies. Movies like Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and Lucky Number Slevin are finding their way back onto the streaming website. Captain America: Civil War will also be available for those who didn’t see it in theaters. At the same time, Netflix is piling on their original programs, most prominently the 2nd season of Fuller House. Another original coming on the 16th, Barry, is actually a biopic on the young Barack Obama in his junior year at Columbia University; we gotta say that the trailer looks very promising. The comedian Gabriel Iglesias will also have his own show premiere later in December.
However, Netflix giveth and Netflix taketh away. Some nostalgic childhood movies will be taken from the site’s queues, such as Spy Kids and Holes. Other popular movies like The DaVinci Code and 50 First Dates will also no longer be available to watch. But with the promise of a ton of new programming, it won’t be too hard to find something to fill the void in your heart. So check out the lists below to see what’s coming and going next month!
