Victoria’s Secret Model Taylor Hill Reveals She Ate 3,000 Calories Per Day Before Hitting the Runway

If you’re one of those people who believes that models don’t eat anything solid leading up to runway shows, prepare to be proven wrong.

Taylor Hill, who has rocked the runway for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show for the past three years, dished on her secret to a killer body in a recent interview with The Times. And guess what? She probably eats more than you do.

“I eat 3,000 calories a day before the VS show. Three thousand!” she shared. “There’s no way you look like that and don’t eat. You will die.”

But don’t get it twisted. Those calories get turned into lean, mean muscle.

“Victoria’s Secret girls are like athletes. We’re like Olympians,” Taylor continued. “We’re strong.”

So there you have it. You can totally eat like a grown man as long as you’re willing to spend hours and hours in the gym.

Kendall Jenner shared similar secrets. Before hitting the runway in lingerie, she was working out twice a day.

“I love running outside,” Kendall told PeopleStyle. “You can go on a run on a treadmill, but it’s really not the same. I used to be the most athletic kid. I was always outside. I was super outdoorsy running around in the mud and doing that kind of stuff. I don’t do that ever [now]. You’re always like stuck inside, you’re always in a gym, or you’re always in your phone or whatever. So to actually to get outside and run outside … I enjoy it.”
