Science Says Doing These 3 Things In The Bathroom Will Help You Lose Weight

Exercising can be hard, especially when you want to lose weight. But there is now an easier way to get yourself energize: exercise in the bathroom. Yes, that’s right, the bathroom.

On average, people go to the bathroom six to eight times a day. That adds up to a lot of time in the loo. And how do you use that time? You do your business, wash your hands, do your makeup, and then what? Well, according to “science,” you could do some exercising, because why not?

Here’s what you should do:

1. 10 push ups

2. 10 squats

3. 10 alternating forward lunges

And that’s it! Turn the porcelain throne into your own personal gym. No equipment or anything, it’s just you and the relief you’ll feel afterwards. It’s a simple task that you can do every time you go into the bathroom, and if you would like you can do it in a public bathroom if you’re up to the challenge in trying not to look awkward.

It might just be better to do this at home so that you’re not given weird looks and/or scared of ferms. If you go to the bathroom six times a day, that gives you 60 push ups, 60 squats and 60 lunges, that’s a pretty good workout. It’s simple and it’s something that can easily be done without any need to go to the gym.

That said, this isn’t exactly the magic solution that some people are making it seem to be. In many cases, just incorporating these exercises after any activity you do three times a day will help you lose weight and/or tone up. There are lots of different ways to add some easy workouts into your daily routine and not all of them involve the toilet.
