A quick scroll through Bella Hadid’s Instagram shows that she’s not a girl who subsides on juice cleanses and kale – she’s quite the fan of grilled cheese and pizza (like the rest of us mortals). But she’s gotta keep fit somehow – and she’s revealed that it happens during her two-hour sessions at the gym.
“When I work out, I love to work out. I train, and I work out hard for two hours,” she told E! News during the Nike Cortex launch event.
My muscles are sore just from hearing that number.
But don’t worry – she’s just like the rest of us. It takes a bit of motivation to get going.
“I wouldn’t say I get out of bed and I am like, ‘I am going to go work out!’ but when I get to the gym—rock and roll,” Bella said.
The 20-year-old model adds that yoga isn’t high on her to-do list.
“I don’t like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming and it’s amazing, but if I am going to go for it, I am going to go hard,” she shared.
