Since January 1, 2012, Huntington Beach, California resident Jeff Reitz has been on a journey all hardcore Disney fans only dream of accomplishing. He has visited the Disneyland Resort every single day and June 22 marked his 2,000th visit to the park.
That’s a grand total of about 5 1/2 years without missing a SINGLE day.
He’s taking “Disney fan” to a whole new level and we can’t help but be jealous.

According to Disney, the Air Force veteran started his Disney journey in 2011 as an attempt to visit the resort every day with his then-girlfriend, but the park sparked a desire within him that, let’s face it, we’ve all felt at least once in our lives.
He’s visited every single attraction (multiple times), from the Cars Land that opened in 2012 to the new Guardians of the Galaxy-Mission: Breakout!. He even had to miss a few weddings, funerals and the like to continue his mission. That’s commitment!

And though he’s visited the same park every single day for the past five years, Reitz says that it is truly not an obsession. “I don’t consider coming here a necessity,” Reitz said. “If I really didn’t enjoy it to this degree, I wouldn’t push myself to keep coming.”

Disney said that the resort gives him “something to look forward to each day,” including fun surprises and desserts.
Considering it’s the happiest place on earth, we can’t blame him for wanting to spend his days at Disney.
