Be careful what you post on the internet. Even if you don’t want to go viral and turned into a meme, you probably will. This is exactly what happened to Twitter user @makenna_mg, who posted this tweet at the end of June.

Stopped to clean @realDonaldTrump Hollywood Star. Nothing but respect for MY President. #RaisedRight pic.twitter.com/jL4sqx4rlh

If you haven’t seen this tweet then you clearly haven’t been on Twitter for the last few weeks. Since then Makenna has received tons of backlash for cleaning up President Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

I was #raisedright to know not to support or respect an individual who discriminates based on skin color, gender, or religious beliefs https://t.co/OorRCstyby

After the initial anger towards the tweet, Twitter users did what they do best and they memed the girl. Shout-out to all the people who responded to her and tried to educate her on why his star was vandalized in the first place.

The meme is only just starting and I can’t wait to see where it’ll go. Hopefully after Trump’s most recent sexist outburst and string of bizarre tweets against CNN (which have been deleted) she’ll understand why people are upset. But also the idea that she stopped and scrubbed a Hollywood star in the hot sun on a busy tourist street is just ridiculous, no matter whose star it was.
