‘High School Musical 4’ Might Actually Be On The Way

Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat.

I’ve got some riveting news for all ’00s kids who have watched the High School Musical series so many times you can give the actors a run for their money.

As all of you hardcore HSM fans may already know, High School Musical 4 is totally happening. Though most of the cast from the original series have gone their own ways and are no longer interested in joining the Wildcats crew for one last hurrah, there is one very important person who might get a callback.

Kenny Ortega, the original director of the HSM franchise, said he would love to be a part of the fourth movie if given the chance.

When asked about the new movie, he told People’s Choice, “I would love to. I would like to be a part of it in any way that I can. I had the time of my life it started a whole new career for me.”

“If High School Musical 4 worked out with my schedule and Gary and the team request my involvement, I would be very, very open to it” Kenny added.

Kenny has been there from the very beginning and has blessed our eyes and ears with the masterpieces that are the three soundtracks, so it’s only fitting that he return to finish what he started.

Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale and the rest of the original cast owe their careers to Kenny (And Disney Channel) and if he is called to work on HSM 4, you can bet on it that the new cast will, too!
