Attention, everyone who was #TeamPeter and anti-Bryan on the latest season of The Bachelorette: Peter Kraus is coming back!

Producer and Bachelor overlord Mike Fleiss announced on Twitter that Rachel Lindsay’s runner-up will be returning to the franchise in their latest spin-off, The Bachelor Winter Games.

“Yes, Peter will be looking for love– and going for the gold– on Winter Games!!!!” he said on Wednesday.

Fleiss added, “I will be looking for Hot Chocolate.”

Peter is the first confirmed cast member of the new show.

So yes, that silver fox with the gap tooth that sucks in your soul will be gracing our TV screens again. It still doesn’t make up for the fact that they dismissed him as The Bachelor lead in favor of a guy the world collectively forgot about, but it’s something.

The Bachelor Winter Games will coincide with the 2018 Winter Olympics, and as usual, there will be love involved.

“At the end of the day, it’s going to be about finding love again,” Robert Mills, the Senior VP of alternative and reality programming at ABC, told The Hollywood Reporter. “It will have some of the Bachelor Pad DNA, in that there is going to be a competition element.”

And expect to meet some new faces.

“In celebration of #TheBachelor being the world’s No. 1 show, at least 12 different nations will be represented at The Winter Games!!!”Fleiss tweeted.

Some of those nations? “You have somebody from Bachelor Japan, Bachelor Australia, Bachelor Canada and Bachelor U.K.,” Mills said in his interview with THR. “We’re really excited to see if we can have some international romances as well as the competition in U.S. vs. the world.”

The Bachelor Winter Games will premiere February 2018 on ABC.
