A Couple Is Naming Their First Born Child After Olive Garden

Everyone loves Olive Garden’s endless breadsticks, but this couple loves the Italian chain restaurant so much that they have decided to name their first-born girl after the restaurant.

Justin Garton announced on his Twitter that he and his wife, Jordan will be naming their daughter Olivia Garton. The tweet says that the two spent their lives loving Olive Garden and now “get to spend the rest of our lives loving Olivia Garton.”

It’s so perfect that the baby’s last name is Garton, which is so similar to garden.

The couple talked to Arkansas Online about why they have such a deep emotional connection to Olive Garden.

In 2015 when the Arkansas couple were newlyweds they were struggling to make ends meet. That’s when Olive Garden’s Never Ending Pasta Pass started. The pass is $100 and allows the person unlimited pasta, soup, salad and breadsticks for two months.

Jordan was one of the lucky few who got one of the coveted passes. For the next two months, the couple dined there almost every night and ate leftovers for lunch. They saved a ton of money and also ate like Italian kings.

Jordan and Justin are both Italian so they wanted an Italian name for their first-born. According to Yahoo, they thought Olive was too on the nose and settled on Olivia.

Since their tweet went viral, Olive Garden reached out to Justin asking if he could DM them their address so they can send Olivia a gift.

Hopefully, she will get a lifetime free pass at Olive Garden.
