Some of us spent Christmas day refreshing Twitter in the fervent hopes that Kylie Jenner would eclipse the holiday with her baby announcement, posing in a ballgown trimmed with diamonds, a baby propped on one arm, a halo round both their heads sparkling with the KiraKira app.
*bows head in shame*
If the Kardashians’ intent is to keep the rumor shrouded in mystery for as long as possible, they are doing an exquisite job of it. For the most part, none of them have acknowledged the widespread news stories surrounding Kylie’s pregnancy — though in a new Instagram post Kourtney finally came close.
In a masterful tongue-in-cheek post, Kourtney posted a Christmas shot posing with her siblings and mom — and missing one key member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
“When you can’t find the rest of the family for the photo…” she teased.
Instagram erupted into a chorus of protest, and collectively turned into Nancy Drew.
“Where is Kylie?”
“If Kourtney is covering a baby bump with Saint then I’m done for.”
“Is she alive is she doing well why is she in hiding I’m genuinely worried for her.”
Kylie did not appear in a single one of the Kardashian-Jenner family’s Christmas cards (there were 25), so fans are more than a little suspicious.
