It feels like only yesterday that The Bachelor Arie was engaged to Becca, but now a different girl has his Neil Lane diamond on her finger, Lauren B.
We all know that The Bachelor ended Monday night with a dramatic twist ending that has never happened before, but we all saw coming because of spoilers. Arie ended his engagement and broke up with Becca weeks after the show wrapped up.
It was brutal and it was all caught on camera, which Bachelor Nation had mixed feelings about. But everyone can agree that Arie is not a good dude.
Last night on “After The Final Rose” Arie got down on one knee and proposed to Lauren. It seems like this guy won’t do anything without the cameras rolling. Also, Becca was there in the studio when this all went down, yikes.
So when is the happy Bachelor couple getting married? Arie and Lauren say they’re going to get married before the year is over. That’s right the two are going to tie the knot in the year 2018. The newly engaged couple who supposedly got engaged on live TV last night, already has a People cover story and full interview out.
“We’ve already been planning it, even before the engagement,” Arie said. “We want to do it quickly!” The couple says they’re also considering televising their wedding.

Well according to Amy Kaufman’s new book Bachelor Nation: Inside the World of America’s Favorite Guilty Pleasure, if contestants get married within two years following their season the producers of The Bachelor own the exclusive rights to their wedding.
According to the New York Post, If they use their rights and produce your Bachelor wedding they only pay you $10,000 per hour of programming.
Does Arie really think, after all this, we would believe he WOULDN’T televise his wedding? He needs some redemption from televising his break-up.
What do you think about the new Bachelor couple?
