The phrase, “If you don’t love me at my worst then you don’t deserve me at my best” has been around for a long time. And despite the saying being a bit cliche it still rings true. You’re a culmination of your good days and bad days and people in your life should be standing next to you through it all.

But now that saying has a new meaning thanks to Twitter. The meme doesn’t just sayย “If you don’t love me at my worst then you don’t deserve me at my best” it shows you. The meme cuts off and says, “If you don’t love me at me, then you don’t deserve me at my” with photos underneath actually showing you the person’s worst and best.

Who doesn’t love a meme that is funny but also lets you show off your glow up? That’s right you can easily make this meme about yourself and post a glow up picture. U.S. Olympian Adam Rippon did it, so you can too.

If you’re part of any fanbase there probably already a glow up meme for your favorite celebrity or Tv character.

According to Teen Vogue, the meme started from a K-Pop fan account. The account posted two photos of Mingyu from the band Seventeen. Back in the day, he had bright neon orange hair. Since he has dyed his hair back to a soft brown and his skin is practically poreless.

Now the meme has taken off and everyone is making one. The popular live trivia app HQ even has one. The “worst” photo is from back in the day when under 500,000 people would play and the video would glitch and the “glow up” photo is of now, with no glitching and millions of players.

My personal favorite is the one with Poot Lovato and Demi Lovato.

This is a good wholesome hilarious meme.
