Here’s some not-so-surprising news: Kylie Jenner makes a lot of money. She has a very successful makeup line in addition to her life as a reality TV star. But don’t rule out social media as a huge source of her income.
A new report from D’Marie Analytics found that Kylie has been able to “grow her ad equivalent value to over $1,000,000 per post across her social media portfolio.” What’s that mean, exactly? Pretty much, she’s making $1 million per sponsored Instagram post, Snapchat video, or tweet.
“Kylie is an undeniable global brand, which may make some roll their eyes,” D’Marie Analytics’ CEO, Frank Spadafora, said in a press release. “But the reality is this young, female entrepreneur’s savvy helped her reach a milestone in the influencer marketing and advertising industry which many seasoned professionals have failed to achieve.”
We all know that Stormi’s mama is big on promoting her lip kits and other cosmetics, but she also promotes other brands on her pages in exchange for moolah. Given her 108 million very active followers, who wouldn’t want to advertise with Kylie?
She’s previously done ads for Sugar Bear Hair vitamins, Fit Tea Wraps, Flat Tummy Tea, and more products that you may recognize from your favorite Bachelor in Paradise cast member’s feed.
And guess who the 20-year-old dethroned as the queen of social media? None other than Beyonce.
