Not only is it the first day of Pride Month and National Donut Day but also a new batch of emojis will soon be added to the massive library that exists on your cell phone. That’s right, Emojipedia (it’s a thing, don’t worry) added a list of emojis for the upcoming Unicode 12.0, which is the next version of the Unicode standard that may grace your phone.

In addition to the candidates, which include additional variations to some existing emojis, including a white or brown heart or a variety of colors for circular or square icons. Now, the emoji candidates are the ax, razor, flamingo (that pretty much everyone wants) and briefs. Yes, men’s underwear. In addition to those, they will be adding a diving mask, waffle, Diya Lamp, and the Hindu Temple. More emojis will be added over the few weeks and to see them all, check out this list.

What about people with disabilities? I got you fam. See, as someone who has a learning disability, it’s great that they’re adding emojis that better represents the people with disabilities. The emojis include an ear with a hearing aid, a motorized wheelchair, and a guide dog. Having these options means a lot to the community, and I for one is glad for this representation.

The emojis that do make it through the final process will be released in March 2019. Yes, we have to wait eight more months to see who will make it through. That means, try not to get too attached just yet to those emojis.

Although, I have some news for you to hold you over until March. Oh yes, we’re going to be getting more emojis over the summer on social media and Apple, and other smartphone users will have to wait until this upcoming fall. Now, what do the emojis look like? Check them out below:

I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m pretty pumped for the superhero emojis as well.
