Who exactly is Colton Underwood? The retired NFL player was introduced to the world on Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette. The season recently premiered with plenty of lovable (and questionable) men vying for the final rose.
Colton started drama early on in the season when he was romantically connected to a former Bachelor contestant who was on the same season as Becca. He was then dubbed as being on the season for “all the wrong reasons.” Colton didn’t end up winning the final rose and found himself on Bachelor in Paradise. Now with Paradise over, Colton has been announced as the new Bachelor.
We’ve seen part of Colton’s love life play out on screen, but that’s not the whole story of his past.
Let’s take a look at Colton’s dating history.
Aly Raisman 2016-2017

Colton, playing for the Oakland Raiders at the time, first met Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman after asking her out on a double-date in a video. Raisman took him up on the offer, reportedly telling Yahoo Sports that, “Yeah, I would go on a date with him.” The pair dated for six months, separating in June 2017, citing media pressure and distance as break-up factors.
Following the split, Underwood released a statement saying, “We’re taking a break right now. We’re still good friends and talk but all that travel had been a nightmare. It ended fine. We’re in a good place.”
Tia Booth 2017-2018

Colton and former Bachelor contestant Tia booth dated briefly before he went on Becca’s season of The Bachelor. Underwood reportedly reached out to Tia online, expressing his interest on Twitter several times and following her on Instagram.
The claims are supported by former Bachelor alums Adam Gottschalk and Raven Gates, who both corroborate that a contestant on the current Bachelorette season was sliding into Tia’s DMs.
The two were on again and off again on Paradise, after his stunt on Bachelorette.

Colton and Becca never technically dated, you know how the show loves to skip that step and go straight to being engaged. But Colton made it to the top four in her season, which should be counted for something. He was eventually sent home after Tia told Becca she still has feelings for him, but Becca said that’s not the reason why she sent him home.
Now with Colton as the new Bachelor, his dating history will become even longer.

Colton Underwood is currently the part of ‘Bachelor’ 2019 dating show, so it is still not clear who he will end up with.
