Ok so those Barbie vlogs are actually amazing. The animation is great, but also the way she talks is so real. There are stutters and pauses like she’s thinking and formulating her words on the spot. Not to mention all of the content is super real and relevant.

Here are some highlights from the woman who can do it all.
“Feeling Blue? You’re not alone.”
“I don’t always have to be upbeat and positive. And to expect that of myself is; it isn’t fair.”
“You Can Be Anything Or Everything”
“Don’t let anyone tell you that you only get to choose one thing in life.”
“My Interview With Ballerina Misty Copeland”
“Not let other people’s words define me.”
“What’s In My Bag?!”
“Two honey sticks. You know how I love honey.”
“I’m Only ‘Joking…?'”
“There’s so much roasting humor nowadays. And it’s become so common that I think we all sometimes make jokes that are a little mean and I don’t think we realize the power of our words, you know?… And we really just have to take care of each other.”
“My Morning Routine: Meditation”
“I meditate. It really helps me stay focused for the entire day.”
“Be Your Own Muse – The Frida Kahlo Story”
“She never let disability define her…she didn’t stay in bed. She continued to paint, and went on to become one of Mexico’s most famous and loved artist living a vibrant life.”
“Record Breaking Pilot: The Amelia Earhart Story”
“She didn’t just follow her passion. She worked hard to make it easier for other women too.”
“I have some ideas about ‘sorry.’ …I think a lot of people say it when they don’t actually mean it. But I think there’s a bigger issue about sorry. Especially with girls. We say it a lot. Like a lot. Like it’s a reflex and that somehow everything that goes wrong is our fault?”
Thank you, Barbie for being who we all really, really need and for inspiring us. We cannot wait to see what you put out there next!
