This Is Us season three, episode eight is all about Thanksgiving. Fans finally get to see the Persons celebrate an unconventional Thanksgiving, their last Thanksgiving with Jack and flashbacks to Jack with the mystery woman in Vietnam.
In the previous episode, it was all about the start of Rebecca and Jack falling in love and Kevin and Zoe falling in love. Rebecca and Jack decide to road trip to Los Angeles despite only knowing each other for a week. Jack keeps having PTSD and refuses to open up to Rebecca, but she is understanding.
Zoe and Kevin are in Vietnam to find the mystery woman and Zoe is holding something back. Kevin tells her that he’s falling for her and wants to know everything about her life, unlike her parents. She revealed that her father sexually abused her growing up.
Now fans might actually know the backstory of the Vietnamese woman and why Miquel was at the Pearsons last Thanksgiving dinner.
