Khloe Kardashian has been having a rough time on the internet lately. Ever since the Jordyn Woods went on Red Table Talk and Khloe fired off some tweets, people have been holding the reality TV star extremely accountable her online actions.
Khloe was also dragged for her response to a fan who tweeted that she was working extra shifts to afford some Good American jeans.
“So I realized I have to work 20 hours in order to afford @khloekardashian jeans…and I’m in love with them…catch me picking up extra shifts,” the fan named Kaelynn tweeted.
Khloe responded, “Awwwwww this is so cute!!!! I’m so happy you enjoy them.”
Khloe quickly experienced some backlash on Twitter for her response. Basically, people called her tone-deaf for ignoring the fact that her jeans aren’t affordable.
Khloe or someone at Good American sent Kaelynn a box of Good American goodies.
“I still can’t believe my tweet got so much attention,” Kaelynn tweeted. “I have adored @khloekardashian for so long and am so thankful she took the time out of her day to send me some AMAZING clothes. I never once took her tweet to be anything other than positive. My bulletin board says it all!!”
She attached several photos of herself in Good American jeans, shorts, skirts and workout gear.
Khloe saw her tweet and told Kaelynn to “keep working hard and being such a positive soul.”
Khloe replied to another user saying that she sent the box of goodies and “never did I think my tweet would be taken so negatively.”
“I was so honored this young woman spent her hard earned money on GA, I was sending her GA out of pure gratitude/appreciation as soon as I saw her tweet,” Khloe also wrote.
Khloe also acknowledged that the past month has been “rough” and she’s “been distant.”
It’s doubtful the heat will be taken off of Khloe, but at least Kaelynn got a bunch of free jeans.
