And now she’s back to help us get even closer to achieving our ultimate workout goals with these three moves to make you and your workout fit and fierce!
As MM and all us collegiates know, it’s not easy to come up with a killer workout plan and find the time to execute it while also doing the hectic-schedule-limbo that is our 24/7! Lucky for us, Miss Motivational has our back, and we now have an amazing routine to do all on its own for a fun and fierce workout! And who knew it could be done in as few as three simple moves?
Here’s a breakdown of the routine:
The reason these moves are so effective is that they involve the larger muscle groups, which require the most energy! These moves also require multiple muscle groups to work together at the same time, burning even more calories as you go! This is a recipe for a lethal exercise routine that will give you results and make you fit and fierce any time of the day, any day of the week! Do a few when you’re tight on time, or several sets when you really want to get your sweat on! The moves can be done anywhere, and you’ll feel the work you put in!
