Ya ever wake up in the morning and just feel like….nah, I’m not getting up and getting after it today? Yeah, me too. Then I feel like crap the rest of the day, and hell no I’m not able to workout after work, that sounds awful.
So, I got to thinking, how can I make sure I’m staying on top of my shit? I need some inspiration to scream at me first thing in the morning, telling me to roll onto the floor if I have to, as long as I’m moving. I usually take to my Tumblr dash when in need, but that’s been getting just a little bit old. I have a best friend who swears by her Instagram account, and after I thought about it, it really makes sense. Instagram is just a little more personal, I know a lot of the photos I’m seeing are really from the girls who are inspiring me to change their lives. I asked my best friend to send along her fave list of InstaFit Queens who give her the oomf she needs everyday to get her butt in the gym and get after it.

Brittany Dawn Fitness– I love when fit people who are inspirational have awesome comeback stories, Brittany is brave enough to share hers with her followers. She suffered from an eating disorder and found solace in weightlifting, she even says it saved her life. Her Instagram pics are awesome and about 80 percent of them are of food, but AWESOME food. She counts macros and saves pretty much all of her carbs to have these crazy elaborate desserts with chocolate candy, ice cream, and pancakes all stacked up with each other. Check it out!

FitHealthyRecipes– I’m the type of person who feels most satisfied when I make delish food that is also really healthy. I’ve said a thousand times that fresh herbs and veggies are some of my favorite things to cook with. Just looking at Shonda’s account makes my mouth water and also makes me want to run….to the farmers market. I think I’m going to try her double decker strawberry and banana French toast first. She has pages and pages of beautiful photographs of her recipes, I can’t wait to get cooking. So excited about this one!

You can join the #BiteSizedArmy by registering on their website. They have awesome webinars set up for members on healthy eating and have guidance for fitness too! Mschelllll-Michelle Davis is probably the most entertaining person on this list. She is the goofiest girl ever, and her videos will show you why. She gives her followers everything from Starbucks complaints to her workin it out on a Stairmaster. She also has a badass site with awesome resources if you’re interested!

Theresa Jenn– Theresa is a professional fitness model, among many other things. She has the best mix on her account than anyone else. You can get a peek at her print work in magazines, what her trips to the store look like, and some pretty quote pics for your daily pickmeups. She also splashes in some style and fashion with some travel pics, a great follow if you don’t want to be overwhelmed with people following a fitness lifestyle.
