In the super-tease following tonight’s mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian revealed that she is pregnant with her second baby with hubby Kanye West.
In the scenes teasing the second half of KUWTK‘s season, an excited Kim spilled the news to her sister Khloe, saying, “I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!”
Through out the beginning of season 10 of KUWTK, Kim has let the world know that they are really trying, like 500 times a day trying, for baby no. 2, and finally all those efforts plus fertility treatments have paid off.
