These Stunning Photos Will Make You Want To Try Yoga In The Subway

Whether you’re looking for a killer workout or just trying to get ~*zen*~, yoga is probably a go-to. However, those expensive classes at the gym aren’t exactly wallet-friendly for a broke college student and you might feel a little awkward with sweaty strangers’ bums in your face. Well, wannabe yogis, rejoice, for Trill Yoga is the newest take on the yoga trend with one big difference: there are no rules.
Trill Yoga can be done anywhere, by anyone. It also seeks to challenge the assumption that everyone who practices yoga has the same body type by embracing curves, muscle tone and above all, originality.
Claire Fountain, the 29-year-old yoga instructor behind Trill Yoga, told Huffington Post,

Trill Yoga doesn’t follow the rules, it makes them. It’s OK to be any body shape, to wear what you like, to listen to what you like, and realize you don’t need a fancy studio — you don’t even really need a mat.

Not to mention, they make for some Instagram photos worth a double tap. Check out some yogis practicing the cool trend below.
