You Have Never Seen Disney Princesses Like This Before

It was only a matter of time before someone warped Disney princesses into twisted and terrifying monsters through the power of makeup. There’s a trend of artists recreating our beloved princesses in every theme imaginable. However, tonight, I’m legitimately terrified and, quite frankly, a little nauseated because these reconstructions are that good.

Makeup artist Shonagh Scott recreated your favorite Disney princesses as victims of tragic events that were inspired by their original story line for Halloween this year.  Scott’s transformations are spot-on; the amount of gore she used is perfect (file under things I thought I would never say). Despite the fact that I desperately want to hate these images and to never look at them again–I can’t.
Check out the photos below!

Ariel:

We all know the story about how Ariel gave away her voice to Ursula for legs, but Scott took it a step much further. She literally ripped out Ariel’s voice box.

Belle:

This image is clearly from Beauty And The Beast if the movie was rated PG-13.

Snow White:

I’m wildly uncomfortable.

Cinderella:

File this one under many other reasons why glass shoes are just a bad idea.

Elsa:

Elsa, you look far too content to have an icicle impaled through your neck.
