The closest I’ve ever been to Beyonce is about half a mile. She joined her hubby Jay Z when he performed at Global Citizen Fest in New York City’s Central Park in 2014, and I cried just being in her presence. If I was in the third row at her concert, I’m pretty sure I’d faint just from making eye contact. This is Queen Bey, after all.

My favorite part? While Bey’s booty and her amazing ensemble, I’m all about the knee pads. These dancers are going so hard that they have to wear knee pads. That’s how you know they’re not messing around.
