Alex with his little guitar didn’t just touch his parents and lat sister, but all of Twitter. The video has been viewed more than 1.45 million times.
According to BuzzFeed, Alex’s sister Ava died in May of 2017 after she was diagnosed with a kidney condition called hydronephrosis. When what would have been her first birthday rolled around Alex wanted to honor her by singing “Remember Me.”

Samir told BuzzFeed that watching Coco has helped Alex so much with his sister’s death. “He started to ask more accurate and direct questions and using Coco as a reference was a huge help,” said Samir
The video shook Twitter to its core. Everyone was crying.
