Lil Tay has over a million followers but she didn’t start making headlines until she was involved in a fight between other internet personalities Bhad Bhabie (the “cash my outside” girl) and Woah Vicky. Her Instagram is riddled with videos of her throwing cash, hard styling on top of foreign cars and cussing out viewers that they’re broke.

The internet immediately became interested in Lil Tay. Questions like, where did she come from? And, is she really 9 years old? Reverberated throughout the internet. The most asked question was, where are her parents? She is 9 years old after all, her parents have to be around in some capacity. At least a guardian has to be present.
Babe.net did some sleuthing and figured out who Lil Tay’s mom is. Her mom is a suburban realtor in Canada who helps films her daughter’s cuss-filled Instagram videos. Her name is Angela Tian and when she isn’t selling condos in Vancouver she is managing her daughter’s budding internet career.

Babe writer, Harry Shukman messaged the email that is attached to Lil Tay’s Instagram page. He was given a number to call and ran that number through google. A realtor profile for Pacific Evergreen Realty in Vancouver popped up.
Babe put Tian’s headshot from the realty site and a screengrab of a woman in one of Lil Tay’s videos together and they look like a match. No one from Lil Tay’s camp has confirmed that Tian is, in fact, her mother.
The realtor profile may be dated because it’s unlikely that Lil Tay lives in Canada still. In many of Lil Tay’s videos, the location tagged is in Beverly Hills or somewhere in California. She implies in videos that she lives in Beverly Hills now.

After his sleuthing Lil Tay posted that she doesn’t have a manager anymore leaving him to speculate that she fired her mom. Babe.net has called the numbers and messaged the email from Tian’s realty profile but haven’t received a response yet. One of Tian’s co-workers confirmed that her daughter is famous.
