Actress, comedian, and shining ray of sunshine Amy Poehler just reminded us all of why we love her so much by her response to an interviewer’s silly questions.
Poehler was included in The Hollywood Reporter‘s list of “The 40(ish) Most Powerful People in Comedy” and as part of her profile, she had to answer some short questions. However, when Poehler realized the questions were frivolous and irrelevant to what’s going on in the world, she decided to answer the way she wanted to.
Her friend and fellow comedian Rachel Dratch posted a picture of Poehler’s answers to her Twitter:
Amy Poehler was named one of the 40 most powerful people in comedy and her answers to these questions are genius:

As Dratch shows, Poehler hijacked the interview to draw attention to real issues.
Unsurprisingly, people are going wild over Poehler’s answers. Here are some of the best reactions on Twitter.
Obviously she's my hero ❤

I didn’t know it was possible to idolize someone more than I already idolize Amy Poehler, but then she gave this interview to the Hollywood Reporter and now I am deceased pic.twitter.com/yzNKfUlsd8
