- 1 1/2 oz light white rum
- Lime Juice
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/3 oz water
- Plenty of crushed ice
Strawberry Daiquiri

- 2 oz. white rum (Fitzgerald uses Brugal Extra Dry)
- 1 oz. fresh lime Juice
- 3/4oz simple sugar
- 6 fresh 1-inch watermelon cubes
- 1 Thai chile pepper, dried
- Tools: muddler, shaker, strainer, fine strainer
- Glass: rocks
- Garnish: watermelon wedge
