October is notorious for being that bridge month between the extremely nice weather that hangs around towards the end of summer, and that chill that creeps in during the first week of November. So, with a little less than a month to go, now is the time to take advantage of the crisp fall weather, before the days start getting shorter, and the temperature drops to the point where Uggs need to be socially acceptable. And what better way to enjoy the weather than taking your workouts outside?
