Watch Beyonce’s Powerful Grammys Performance Here

Yesterday at the 2015 Grammy Awards, Beyoncé was the chosen one to introduce us to Common and John Legend’s performance of “Glory” from the movie “Selma”, and she did so by singing the gospel song “Take My Hand, Precious Lord”.

It was a real emotional and powerful performance for Beyoncé, as this song was known to be one of Martin Luther King Jr’s favorites; also one of Beyoncé’s favorite, as Gwyneth Paltrow explained before the performance, Beyoncé first heard the song when her mother used to sing it to her when she was little.

Don’t forget to check out Grammys Red Carpet best dressed and worst dressed.

With Yonce dressed all in white and a chorus of all-men in the background also donned in white, Beyoncé wanted to show the world “the strength and vulnerability in black men”.
