One of the major highlights of 2016 was the Rio Olympic Games, especially the United States Women’s Gymnastics team. The five young women who competed kicked some serious ass in the games, winning gold medals in every individual event and as a team. After taking the Olympic Games by storm, the Final Five have enjoyed a lot of media attention and celebrity status.

Simone Biles and Aly Raisman, the team’s MVP and team captain respectively, left behind the sparkly leotards for black bikinis. The Olympian athletes are modeling for the Sports Illustrated’s annual swimsuit issue for 2017, and they’re taking posing to a new level. Between jumps, split handstands and other incredible stunts, Raisman and Biles look absolutely amazing:

Like in Rio, Biles makes superhuman strength look really graceful! We can already imagine just how many copycat pics we’re gonna see of this on Instagram.

“Aly and Simone represent all that is beautiful and strong and inspiring in women today,” MJ Day, the swimsuit editor of Sports Illustrated, explained in a statement. “Women that are not only elite athletes, that are captivating and impressive in their own professional accomplishments (lots and lots of Olympic gold medals between them), but strikingly sexy and beautiful in front of photographer James Macari’s lens.”

Raisman’s photo = serious “lounging on the beach this summer” goals! So gorgeous!

Sports Illustrated was kind enough to give the public a sneak preview of the photos, along with a behind-the-scenes video of other shots to expect. In addition to making their magazine debut, Biles and Raisman will be attending the first-ever Vibes festival in Houston, a two-day event hosted by Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. It will feature live musical performances by Diplo and Grammy Award-winning artist Miguel, as well as special appearances by the 2017 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models.

Definitely can’t wait for this issue to come out. If these girls aren’t summer body goals, then we don’t know who is.
