Demi Lovato is paying no mind to the hackers who stole and published private photos of her earlier this week. The singer took to Twitter to let everyone know just how unmoved she is by the situation.
Reportedly referencing one particular photo that shows her lounging in bed wearing an unzipped Adidas hoodie with nothing underneath, Demi says, “I love how everyone’s freaking out about one picture. It’s not nude and it’s just cleavage,” she wrote. She then added that the world had already seen her pose naked “BY CHOICE,” referring to her now-iconic nearly-nude photo spread with Vanity Fair in 2015.

Demi isn’t the only victim of the recent cyber attack. Actress Rose McGowan also had private photos stolen and published online. The actress took to Twitter this week to deliver her own response writing “Hey little hacker boys, Mama is coming and she hits hard.”

Emma Watson, Amanda Seyfried and the WWE’s Paige also addressed hacks, saying that they were in respective stages of legal action and would pursue any websites punishing the stolen photos, which were originally published on the “dark web.”
Though it’s great Demi Lovato seems to be mainly unbothered, let’s hope that at some point in the future, no woman will have to be bothered by disgusting leaks and crimes like these anymore.
