Hilarious Grandma Roasts Grandson With The Help Of Grocery Store Review

Grandmas are infamous for delivering nothing but realness and truthfulness, especially when it comes to family. Sometimes the brutal honesty stings a little.

Nevertheless, grandmas make the world go round and we wouldn’t be our best selves without them.

One grandma, in particular, took the grandma sass to a whole new level when she left a customer comment at her local Kroger. The comment seemed innocent at first, praising Nathan, the “fine young man” who helped her find her yogurt-covered cranberries, but quickly turned into a huge roast of her grandson.

According to the grandma, she was having a late-night craving and received the best help from Nathaniel Hunter, one of the workers at the Kroger store.

“It is nice to see that there are bright young people out there that will stop and help an old lady like me,” the grandma wrote.

She then went on to say that she wishes her grandson Tyler would be more like Nathaniel.

“As I was leaving the store I couldn’t help, but wish my own grandson could be more like Nathaniel,” she continued.

Nathaniel is clearly the real MVP but that’s not even the best part.

She continued by admitting that it’s wrong of her to think of her grandson that way but that he’s just not the boy she had hoped he’d turn out to be.

“I know that’s terrible of me to say as a grandmother. Don’t get me wrong I love my Tyler to death, but he is rude to me sometimes,” the comment read. “Whenever I ask for computer help he just tells me to Google it. He dresses in all black and it really disturbs me. His mother says it’s only a phase, I hope so.”

I can’t! Grandma just delivered the ultimate roast of her grandson but it was so politely written that before I could even register what she had said, I felt sorry for her.

She concluded her iconic customer comment with a hopeful mind and a wish for Tyler.

“Perhaps I’ll see Nathaniel again and I can ask him to be friends with Tyler so that he has a good influence.”

Gotta love grandmas. Their honesty is always tinged with love.

The comment was selected by the Lexington, Kentucky grocery store as the Customer Comment of the Week, where it was displayed for everyone to see. Someone clearly loved the sign as much as I did and posted a picture of it on Imgur, where it received close to 200,000 views and was picked up by several other sites.
