Most of the time the internet is an evil, hellish place. Other times, which are very rare, we are blessed with something beautiful and pure. Those special moments of joy on the internet should be shared with everyone. That is why I’m writing about The Southern University’s Dancing Dolls and The Human Jukeboxes rendition of SZA’s hit song “The Weekend.”
A minute-long clip shows a beautiful full marching band arrangement of “The Weekend” along with a beautiful choreography from the Dancing Dolls. The video is truly breathtaking.

The full video is actually life-changing.

I could watch this video on loop. It cured me of all my problems, cleared my skin and gave me a full eight hours of sleep. I’m not the only one who thinks that they totally killed it.

If I saw this performance live I would have cried. SZA has been having a wild year ever since she dropped CTRL. Beyoncé recently used her track “Love Galore” for one of her iconic Instagram flip videos.

SZA should drop a whole marching band cover of her CTRL. Could you imagine her singing over top this arrangement? The internet needs to make it happen.
