When Rihanna’s not busy supporting Howard University students’ recent protest, she’s replacing her loyal customers’ stolen beauty products. A Fenty Beauty customer was traveling in New Zealand and found her hotel room empty when she returned. She took to Twitter, as millennials do, to voice her frustrations and lamented how she’d “lived out of my bag for 2 years and now everything’s gone.”
All my Fenty Beauty as well 😓

She had to make an extra tweet to emphasize that her Fenty Beauty products were among the stolen items. Same girl, because that’d be what I’d be most upset about, too. Don’t feel too bad for Chiara, though, because there’s a happy ending.
We're so sorry to hear! We're happy to help you replace those Fenty Beauty goodies ❤️

We know how to treat the #FENTYFAMILY especially when they're down 😘💕

The team at Fenty Beauty quickly noticed her tweet and said, “We’re so sorry to hear! We’re happy to help you replace those Fenty Beauty goodies. Send us a DM!”
Chiara was clearly already a major RiRi fan before the whole affair and now her love has heightened. She pinned a tweet of a Rihanna concert she previously attended and frequently retweets Rihanna’s tweets.
I’m literally lost for words!! Thank you so much @fentybeauty for your generousity and kindness! That’s what I call outstanding customer service!🙌🏽❤️ thank you so much, I appreciate it a lot. @rihanna has got the best employees ever. pic.twitter.com/AoLypmLqd3

Chiara posted a screenshot of her messages with Fenty Beauty with them asking her which products she lost and saying that they’ll add a few extra goodies.
Another Twitter user even offered to send her spare makeup from her collection.
Please send me a message I would love to send some of my back up makeup! I’ve been through it so seriously I know the feeling

All Rihanna did was create a bomb cosmetic brand, and she’s already uniting us all.

Fenty isn’t just inclusive as hell, they know to treat their customers as more than just a number.
