Chris Brown is being sued by a woman claiming that she was raped at his house by him and a few of his friends.
TMZ reports that the woman, who is suing as a Jane Doe, was invited to an afterparty at a recording studio to meet Brown and his friend Lowell Grissom in February 2017. She claims that when she arrived her phone was taken away because Brown didn’t want anyone to have their phone. Then she was forced to go to Brown’s house to get her phone back.
It was there that the sexual assault happened. Once she arrived Brown gave her and the other females there a “clear pill filled with white powder” so they can “have a good time.” She didn’t take the pill. According to the court documents Brown supplied cocaine, molly and weed at the party at his house.
A female friend of Brown’s forced Doe and a few other women into a bedroom. The female friend forced her to hook up with Brown and Grissom. She tried to leave but allegedly the female friend grabbed her by the throat and “forced her to perform oral sex on Grissom.”

Then the female friend sat on Doe’s face and pinned her down with her legs. She forced Doe to perform oral sex on her as well while she was on her period. After she was forced to perform cunnilingus she went to the bathroom to wash the blood off her face. While in the shower Grissom entered, she tried to leave and he ended up raping her. Later he raped her again against a washing machine.
Doe says she went to a rape treatment center afterward and reported the incident to the police.
This isn’t the first time Brown has been accused of assault. In March a photo was released of what appears Brown choking a woman at his house in Miami, Florida. He claimed that the photo is misleading and it was just horseplay.
Of course, you have his physical assault against Rihanna. The assault happened in 2009 but has recently been brought to light because of a Snapchat ad that asked users if they would rather “Slap Rihanna” or “Punch Chris Brown.”
