Don’t worry there isn’t trouble in paradise, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson are still madly in love. In fact, the title track change on Grande’s upcoming album Sweetener is to further solidify how much she loves Davidson.
On June 18, 2018 Grande’s tracklist for Sweetener came out and it was revealed that a track was called “Pete.” The title name received mixed feelings from fans, but Grande doubled down on the name Tweeting, “I been the f**k thru it and life’s too short to be cryptic n s**t about something as beautiful as this love I’m in.”
Now Grande has changed the title from “Pete” to “Pete Davidson” to quadruple down on her love for him.
Grande, who swore off social media a few weeks ago, was on Twitter chatting with her fans and answering questions. This is a super common thing for the singer to do, she is really interactive with her fans. A fan asked why she changed the song title to include her fiance’s last name. Her reasoning is actually really sweet.
“I like the way it looks,” she responded. “I love his name and I love him. Music lasts forever. It’ll outlive any tattoo, any memory, any anything, even myself so I want my love him and how I feel to be a part of that.”

Grande just wants to share her love with the world! It’s a shame that the young couple has so many haters. As everyone probably knows, the two got engaged only after a few months of dating. It was a real-life whirlwind romance.
The two have been packing on the real life and internet PDA. The PDA and the quick romance has caused a lot of online hate, or at least a few dedicated haters, so much so that Davidson deleted his Instagram and declared he was taking a break. Grande said she was following suit, but clearly, she isn’t.
I personally don’t know what everyone’s problem is and why they can’t just love, love.
