The LGBTQ+ community and their allies are celebrating Pride Month around the world this weekend, from Paris to Mexico City to Instanbul to the Phillipines. While we all have a long way to go before our world is as accepting of LGBTQ rights as it is of straight, cis rights, the outpouring of support and celebration every June is an uplifting, heartwarming reminder of the resilience and strength of this community.
