If you’re still reeling from last week’s Bachelorette premiere or having drama withdrawals, Bachelor In Paradise is back to satisfy your cravings and lift your spirits.
That said, it’s not going to be an easy journey.
Tonight is the premiere of the fourth season of the reality spin-off and based on the trailer we’re going to see tons of hookups, breakups and… someone getting choked (?), all par for the course of Paradise.
The premiere episode will address the Corinne and DeMario incident, which it is sure to butcher because if The Bachelorette proved one thing, it’s that ABC is tone-deaf when it comes to the treatment and handling of sensitive, hot button issues, including race relations and sexual assault. If you’re up to watch what one person says was a lack of consent, then the first half of the premiere will be for you. If you’re not, then just tune in a little bit later.
We have a pretty diverse cast of cast-offs and though they’re all very different, we can’t wait to watch the usual chaos ensue. Will Dean find true love? Will anyone like Iggy, aka the gossip queen? Who will show up unannounced, Caila Quinn style?
