Somehow, Thanksgiving always sneaks up on us. Wednesday arrived and you most likely drank too much and even before that, you were totally focused on getting through the semester and/or week at work. Even worse, it probably slipped your mind that you volunteered to bring something or planned on participating in the cooking festivities.
No, we’re not all auditioning for Chopped and in fact, not all of us have chopping skills at all. Between the surprise of the timing and your lack of cooking expertise, the idea of bringing a dish is probably intimidating.
