Kylie Jenner has finally revealed her baby’s name and it’s not any of the names fans have been guessing. Her baby’s name is Stormi.
In her most recent Instagram post, she shared a photo of Stormi holding on to her thumb and announced her name in the caption.

Stormi was born on February 1. Kylie announced her pregnancy and newborn on Instagram on February 4. Kylie wrote, “My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how.”
On top of her announcement, Kylie also posted an 11-minute YouTube video documenting her pregnancy.

Stormi’s legal full name is most likely Stormi Webster or Stormi Jenner-Webster. Travis Scott, the baby’s dad, his real name is Jacques Webster. Unless Travis wants to make his stage name his legal name, his baby’s name is technically Stormi Webster. We don’t know if she has a middle name though. Kim Kardashian is the only one whose kids don’t have middle names.
Lots of fans speculated that Kylie and Travis’ newborn would be named Posie or Butterfly. The couple’s “thing” is butterflies. When they first started dating they got matching butterfly tattoos and for Kylie’s birthday, Travis bought her a butterfly necklace. Kylie also posted this insane butterfly ring when pregnancy rumors started. Also, her pregnancy video showed the nursery and it was adorned with butterfly decals.

Fans also speculated the baby’s name would be Posie. Posie is short for mariposa, the Spanish word for butterfly. Posie K is also one of Kylie’s first lip kit shades. It didn’t help that on the baby’s birthday she announced that Kylie Cosmetics was releasing a Posie K trio set.

But everyone was wrong. Kylie and Travis named their baby girl Stormi. Fans don’t know the meaning behind the name and are shocked that Kylie threw such a massive curveball.

Update
Kylie’s original caption for her Instagram was just Stormi. Since she posted the photo on February 6 she updated the caption to say Stormi Webster confirming the baby’s full name.
