When it comes to the Kardashians, any milestone is a major event. A birthday party turns into an extravaganza and of course, Christmas becomes Kristmas once Kris Jenner gets her hands on it. The Kardashian/Jenner family knows how to take things OTT.
Well, Khloe Kardashian is most likely not letting that theme carry over when it comes to her baby shower.
The 33-year-old has barely dropped any hints about her reported pregnancy, so it’s no surprise that she’s intending to make the baby shower just as intimate.
A source told PEOPLE that she wants to keep it “low-key.”
Looks like Kim’s cherry blossom-filled bash will be the only spectacle when it comes to parties this year.

“Khloé seems very happy,” a source told PEOPLE. “She doesn’t really talk about the baby. She hasn’t had a baby shower yet, but has one scheduled.”
Koko’s vibe will be similar to Kylie Jenner’s, the source elaborated.
She wants it “to be low-key like Kylie’s” and her mom and sisters are helping assist her in all of the planning.
As for the future, Khloe would like to give birth in Los Angeles, the source told the magazine.
“Khloé wants to give birth in L.A. That’s the plan right now,” they told PEOPLE. “For Christmas, Khloé wants to be with her family.”
Though Khloe may be separated from her boyfriend, Cleveland Cavaliers player Tristan Thompson, on Christmas, “they are spending New Year’s together.”
It’s rumored that Khloe’s baby will arrive in late February, after the birth of Kim Kardashian’s daughter via surrogate and the early February birth of Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott’s daughter.
“This is such a wonderful moment for her: not only is she going to be a mother, she is going to be raising a child with a man she truly loves,” a source previously told PEOPLE. “Everyone is over the moon for them both.”
Looks like we might have to wait until the first birthday parties for the traditional Kardashian bashes. We’re still holding out on some sort of over-the-top event. Come on, Kris!
