Taylor Swift’s girl squad has been under a microscope ever since her “Bad Blood” music video. Now some her squad members, maybe former now, have spoken anonymously to Grazia about Taylor and her new beau Joe Alwyn.
“Celebrity friendships are weird. You don’t see each other for forever, and you accept that – but Taylor’s gone off-grid in a big way since meeting Joe,” a former “high-profile” member of Taylor’s clique told the European magazine.
This comes after reports that Taylor and Joe have moved in together, so it looks like Taylor isn’t going to be coming back on the grid anytime soon.

The anonymous friend continued and said that Taylor is “high maintenance” and asks friends not to talk about her in interviews. “I even heard about people getting requests not to mention her in interviews,” the friend said. “It’s hard when that’s all you’re asked about, but Taylor is hyper-sensitive. I guess you have to be high-maintenance to become the biggest pop star in the world.”
Another squad member said she’s changed since dating Joe. “Since meeting Joe, her priorities have shifted, and everyone’s hoping for her sake that it works out. If it doesn’t, she may find herself having to make some awkward reparations.”
Those “awkward reparations” the friend is talking about are toward her friends. The friends said, “Taylor’s been keeping a low profile, but there hasn’t been a big fall-out,” with her friends.
So there hasn’t been a huge fight amount the squad, Taylor has just been giving the squad a cold shoulder.
Even those these two friends were anonymous, there has been some public fall out with Taylor and her once tight-knit girlfriends.
Karlie Kloss, a centerpiece in the squad, has been hanging out with Taylor’s enemy Katy Perry. Lorde said being friends with Taylor is like having an “autoimmune disease.”
Looks like Taylor has some serious bad blood on her hands, but at least her and Ed Sheeran will be friends forever.
